General and Express Transport
Our General and Express Freight Services are focussed on the Central Queensland coal mining, industrial and project industries with our network of branches strategically located where the mines and industry are. Our interstate branches and agents complete this service network.
Daily B-Double services operate from Brisbane to Rockhampton and Mackay that then send feeder services to Biloela, Emerald, Moranbah and Townsville. Hot Shot Special Transport Services
Mines operate 24 / 7 and any down time due to breakdowns can cost millions of dollars in lost production. This might be a 20c O-ring, a hydraulic ram for an excavator, or rollers for a conveyor. McAleese can have the item collected in an appropriate vehicle with 2 up drivers to have it at site in the shortest legal time from anywhere in Australia.
Local Trailer Hire
Our comprehensive fleet of conventional, drop deck, extendable and extendable drop deck trailers are available for local hire and are in regular use for movement of structural steel from engineering works and paint shops to project sites.
Local movement of pallet freight, earthmoving tyres, forklifts, skid steers, backhoes and other machinery is also handled by this department.
